Logging in is easy. Select the correct academic year and then two of three pieces of information:

  • CBFinAid ID
  • SSN/SIN
  • Date of birth
The email you receive from IDOC indicates which academic year your schools need financial documentation for. Be sure to select this year. Then you only need to enter two of the three pieces of requested information — your IDOC ID (provided in the email notification), your Social Security Number or Social Insurance Number (if you are Canadian), or your date of birth. Then you need to accept the site terms and conditions.

Social Security Numbers are not visible once saved on the page.

Any information on this page that is missing or incorrect should be updated, including each person’s SSN or SIN. But don’t be concerned that this confidential information will be visible to anyone viewing this page — once Save and Continue is selected, the SSN or SIN will only display as “SSN/SIN Received.” While this page will not display the next time you log in to IDOC, it will be possible to access this page if needed. You will see how in the Helpful Resources section.
