Once all of the documents have been uploaded, their status is reported on the Document Management Dashboard. Immediately after uploading, the files submitted will show in Step 1 the Uploaded Documents section. But it will take up to three business days for documents to be reported as Processed which is Step 2. Your data is made available to your schools as Step 3 once you have submitted a tax return or equivalent. Each document is securely received by our document processor. The processor’s role is to enter the data and make certain each document is properly linked to a family member. It is critical that the documents you provide are correct and accurate, so the financial aid administrator can do a careful review of you and your family’s information.
